ASELSAN's ZMA-X Unmanned and Autonomous Armored Combat Vehicle

Within the scope of TEKNOFEST held in Adana between October 2-6, ASELSAN exhibited more than 80 products developed in the fields of avionics, electro-optics, radar, electronic warfare, naval and security systems, as well as communication solutions that provide secure communication. In this context, ASELSAN introduced the ZMA-X Unmanned and Autonomous Armored Combat Vehicle at TEKNOFEST, adding a new one to its pioneering work in defense technologies. This new generation vehicle, equipped with advanced technologies, offers superior capabilities on the battlefield when combined with the NEFER Unmanned Turret and the accompanying 25 mm SARP 100/25 Weapon System. On the other hand, the ZMA-X, which ASELSAN exhibited for the first time, has unmanned and autonomous movement capabilities and draws attention with its ability to move forward by avoiding obstacles on defined routes. In this regard, ASELSAN, which has integrated unmanned and autonomous capabilities onto the FNSS's ZMA-15 version, which was modernized and developed from the M113 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC), prefers the SARP 100/25 Unmanned Turret as the striking power of its new product, the ZMA-X.
