This Pokemon TCG Pocket deck with Articuno EX and Misty is not fair. If you get lucky with Misty's coinflips you can actually win the game on turn 1 - YES, TURN 1! There is another version of this deck that has Staryu and Starmie EX in it and that deck is a little bit more consistent and less meme-y but where's the fun in that? Starmie EX is probably the strongest Pokemon in Pokemon TCG Pocket at the moment because of it's a Stage 1 Pokemon, it hits hard for only 2 energy AND it's free to retreat it.
