It stands out from the crowd with its diverse training platform, called iFIT, and its minimal noise production. iFIT equips the RW900 with hundreds of rowing classes led by a trainer in a studio and outdoors on the water. Though the instructor provides cues for resistance and stroke rate, the SmartAdjust feature makes things even easier by automatically adjusting the resistance level. iFIT also learns your ability over time by accounting for any manual onscreen adjustments you make to the resistance and tailoring the current and future workouts accordingly. With an iFIT membership, you can now access several entertainment streaming apps. These include Netflix, Spotify, Audible, iHeartRadio, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music, and PlutoTV.
