This is a 60 minute warming, energy boost yoga flow. Part 19 of the Energize Series of classes. These classes focus on creating a sustainable energy boost through breath, mindfulness and postures that open and invigorate your body. This practice begins mindfully bringing attention to your breath, warming your spine, hips and wrists before flowing through a dynamic standing and balancing sequence. An opportunity to find your stability and integrity in the postures before flowing with a little more pace and cadence. A warming, more intermediate flow style practice to energize and enliven. For practice you may wish to have a block and a folded blanket for support and comfort.
