Lost Weekend Records is an integral part of the Columbus Music Scene, and their anniversary shows are legendary. Thanks much to Kyle for the show and the store -- Lost Weekend is a treasured Columbus institution for the vinyl and music community. This year's show, held March 22, 2025, at Natalie's, featured many great artists, including Sam Corlett and Mt. Air. Sam Corlett is an indie-pop singer-songwriter from Columbus, Ohio, layering an angelic voice over a lush synth-pop sound. Mt. Air is a trio of Columbus music veterans Sean Gardner (Winter Makes Sailors, Bookmobile), Casey Cooper (The Receiver, CoastalDives), and Nate Rothacker (The Liner Notes, Trainwreck, Kyle Gass Band). Mt. Air has continued to perform as a trio as well as team up with Sam as a powerhouse combo. Here, they covered The End of the World, first done by Skeeter Davis, and also covered by Brenda Lee, The Carpenters, and more artists. Natalie's in Grandview is one of Columbus's finest music venues, and has great pizza and other food, too.
