Winter appears to have finally arrived on the farm with temperatures down to -35°C (-47°C wind chill). This past week a little black cat named Tyr joined our family. We figure he is about 4 years old and has been wondering around an urban neighborhood since last spring and was captured by a family in the area. When they called the Humane Society they were told that he was "Unadoptable as he is black". The family contacted us and dropped him off on Tuesday.
