Dahi ki kadhi or Kadhi pakoda is a tasty Indian veg recipe eaten along with rice and it is made using gram flour and sour curd in which fried gram flour dumplings are added METHOD 1.First let us make pakodas For this we need Gram flour - 100 gram to it add Onion diced - 1 Diced green chillies - 2 Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon Yogurt - 2 tablespoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Oil - 1 teaspoon Few coriander leaves Mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes 2.In pan heat oil for frying 3.Gently add the mixed batter in small amounts and fry 4.Pakodas are ready keep them aside 5.Now let us make dahi ki kadhi For this we need Sour yogurt - 500 gram whip it well To it add Gram flour - 50 gram Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder - 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 3/4 teaspoon Mix it well Add little water and mix 6.Green chilies - 3 Salt - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Coarsely grind them and add to the batter 7.In a pan add the batter to it add water - 1 liter mix it and cook well Add salt as required 8.If your yogurt is not sour then add a teaspoon of lemon juice 9.Cook kadhi for 15 minutes then switch off flame and add pakodas and few coriander leaves 10.For tempering we need oil - 2 tablespoon Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Dried red chilies - 3 Few curry leaves Asafoetida - 2 pinches Fry for 10 seconds and add it to kadhi 11.Dahi ki kadhi or kadhi pakoda is ready have it with rice
