This happens when a person is confronted with a deadline for something they may be interested in, they get a sense of fear that if they don't act they will have missed their opportunity to get a deal. This fear raises urgency and makes a measurable difference in increasing sales. By using the countdown widget that comes with the Elementor Pro plugin for WordPress, you can set up two types of timers on your pages. The first is the due date timer that counts down to a specific day and time you set up. This is good if you are launching your website, a new product or service. The second is the evergreen timer that is dynamic. This timer starts at a specific amount of time and counts down from there. The thing that makes it evergreen is that it starts for each individual person that comes to your website. So if you set up a 12 hour timer, it doesn't matter who comes to your website or what time of day they come, once they land on your page for the first time, that person's timer starts from 12 hours and counts down. In this video, I'll walk you step by step through adding the widget to your page in the Elementor editor. Then I'll take you through the different options available for that widget that deal with formatting your counter. Next, I'll go through the styling of the countdown timer so you can change the look and feel to match your page layout. This includes things like colors, spacing, and fonts. You have a lot of control here. Lastly, I'll cover the advanced settings you can use. This will include animations and scrolling behaviors to draw people's attention to your timer. ★★★ DISCLAIMER ★★★ This video description contains affiliate links.
