Today, day 318 of my video diary 'A Year in the Life of a Miniaturist', was quite varied. Took a wee break from brown paint and woodwork to knit a cute 12th scale top. The pattern features in the next issue of my magazine. Join my Membership community if you'd like to download it when the magazine is published. I also show some simple techniques that I use to make miniature chests. Nice easy ideas that create cute finished items. But, I could not totally ignore my miniature Tudor House! So I fitted the new wall, built the next riser for the stairs, and started thinking about levl 4 and the roof! For those new to my channel, this is my video diary 'A Year in the Life of a Miniaturist'. This is not a diary where I post a lot of tutorials. It's more about recording my miniature endeavours as I work on my various miniature projects. Some days, heaps of progress. Other's more thoughtful and slow. But that's the world of a miniaturist ... right? That said, I do occasionally share some free project ideas folks may be interested in. So do make sure you subscribe to my 'Free Projects' playlist as well. Check it out and grab the free downloads! You can see a lot more projects on the 'Free Projects' tab on my website too: https://miniaturetimetraveller.com/fr... And don't forget to consider joining my channel membership group. The major benefit initially is member access to my online miniatures magazine, including all back issues (50 at the present time). And the member content will evolve over time. One great idea, still formulating, is to use it as a vehicle as an online miniature club. What do you all think of that idea? Any other suggestions for what to include are highly valued, so keep the ideas flowing! Keep a watch on my YouTube Posts Tab for news on this front. For now, best wishes to all, Jill.
