Today this is one of our most famous and beloved whiskies around the globe. Talisker's backdrop is one of the most stunning and beautiful landscapes in Scotland, The Isle of Skye. Robert Louis Stevensen called it "The King 'O' drinks". We should know Talisker's popularity because it is the busiest of Diageo's many Visitor centers. In fact, they have had to expand it's size to handle the 100,000 visitors it gets on an Island that is barely 13,000 people. The big guns own it but will they leave it the way we have always liked it? Will they stop jacking up the prices of these old friends so we may visit them once and a while? At the end of the day we are at the mercy of Diageo & Moet Hennessy. We know how good this whisky has been. Let's watch the review and see what it is like today.
