Jerez de la Frontera & School of Equestrian Art

Jerez de la Frontera, or simply Jerez, is a Spanish city in the province of Cádiz. Jerez is known as a city of flamenco, sherry, horses, and motorcycles. (We don't know much about the motorcycles - except that Jerez hosts Grand Prix events that draw thousands of visitors.) Some famous places in to the city are the Alcazar of Jerez, Church of San Miguel, Charterhouse of Jerez, and the Cathedral of San Salvador. It is also home to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art, one of the four great schools of classical riding in Europe, and our primary interest. We'll take a brief look around town, then enjoy the School of Equestrian Art, and their spectacular exhibition.
