In Malaysia / Indonesia its called "Selendang". The clip is a highlight from a 2 days - March 2009 Germany Seminar. This seminar was hosted and organized by Cristian Velici in Regenberg, Germany. Total hours trained - 10 hrs in 2 days. ------------------------------------------------ Due to the innocent nature of the shoulder scarf; ITS THE ONLY "LEGAL DEFENSIVE WEAPON" THAT CAN BE CARRIED ON A PLANE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. AN UNTRAINED PERSON CANT USE IT AGAINST YOU AND WILL HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO USE IT. The simplicity of the flexible weapon makes it an effective weapon and a training aid for other close quarter flexible weapon. What makes the flexible weapon powerful & effective is the understanding of entries, breaking of balance & leverage.
