These peanut butter cookies are soft and chewy and easy to make! Enjoy and happy baking! 🥜✨ Ingredients: 1 1/3 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 room temperature egg 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: whisk together flour, baking soda and salt then set aside cream butter until light and fluffy; about 4 - 5 minutes add in brown sugar and continue creaming for another 1 - 2 minutes add in sugar and continue creaming for another 1 - 2 minutes add in egg and mix until egg is fully incorporated add in peanut butter and mix until smooth add in vanilla extract and mix until incorporated slowly add in flour mixture until dough forms; dough should be soft and thick refrigerate dough for 1 - 2 hours to shape cookies, roll into a ball then use a fork to make the crisscross design place cookies on a lined baking tray this recipe makes about 25 cookies these cookies will spread in the oven bake at 350F for 12 minutes cookies will be soft and chewy enjoy and happy baking! #peanutbuttercookies #peanutbutter #cookies #smoothpeanutbutter #creamypeanutbutter #peanuts #amorofbaking #loveofbaking #homebaker #homebaking #canadianbaker #madeincanada #baker
