The hot peppers are doing great! I have jalepenos, serranos, hot banana, chili, and pablo ancho peppers. My hot banana pepper plant was really big and one of my best producers, but when I came out yesterday, it was completely wilted. There are a couple of holes near the bottom of the plant. I think a mole may have gotten it. I have picked a ton of peppers off of the jalepeno plant and quite a few off of the serrano. The pablo ancho plant looks great, but we've only gotten a handful of pepper off of it. I have a few green and red bell pepper plants, but they aren't really producing either. The tomatoes are doing OK. My in-laws are picking enough off of them for themselves. The cherry tomato is doing the best. I have a Mr. Stripey plant that has not has a single tomato! It hasn't even had many blooms. The plant is huge and healthy, but it isn't producing any fruit. The cucumbers look awful, and they're covered in weeks, but we are getting cucumbers off of them every other day or so. The weeds are ridiculous! How is it that weeds grow quicker then your vegetables??? I think I'm going to put down black plastic next year.
