Session Details: Kusto or Azure Data Explorer is a fast, fully managed data analytics service for real-time analysis on large volumes of data streaming from applications, websites, IoT devices, and more. In this session we will demonstrate best practices, tips, and tricks, when connecting to Kusto from Power BI to consume many billions of rows of data for reporting. We will use Direct Query and M dynamic parameters, composite models and much more! Speaker Bio: Dany Hoter is a Senior PM at the Microsoft Kusto team out of ILDC in Israel. Dany started at Microsoft way back in 1998 and has subsequently left and re-joined 4 times! For most of his time at Microsoft, Dany has worked with the Excel and Power BI teams.
