Heavy Blow is probably the most ridiculed Charm in the entire game. And while yes, it is rarely useful, it does make a few bosses a bit more manageable on Radiant if you use the Nail. Marmu (coming later), and Oblobbles being the most obvious ones. However, the Charm does have one secret ability: reducing Stagger Values. Basically, some bosses stagger after a certain amount of hits. If you combo them within a certain timeframe the number decreases. Heavy Blow reduces the count by one, Combos included. This means that some bosses gets stuck in an endless cycle of staggers, sometimes being almost incapable of attacking you, which is just as funny as it is rude to them.
