We're flying the flag for the UK's hospices at the Hospice UK Garden of Compassion at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025, and inspiring everyone to support these incredible organisations. But we need your help to do that. Our mission at Hospice UK is to promote and protect hospice care for everyone who needs it, for now and forever. We've all experienced losing a loved one, and we know that hospices provide compassionate and dignified care at the end of somebody's life. Hospices care for more than 300,000 adults and children every year in the UK, yet they only get a small proportion of their funding from the Government. Many are struggling to pay the bills; some have even had to cut services, lay off staff and close beds. At Hospice UK, we've been working tirelessly to change that, by securing more sustainable funding from the Government.
