A 50 year's old patient came with anemia and pain abdomen. We perform his endoscopy and found two polyps at the cardia. Both the polyps are removed by diathermy snare. For more videos please visit my You Tube channel BD ENDOSCOPY    / @bdendoscopy3663   FINDINGS: FOL: Epiglottis, aryepiglotic folds, piriform fossas and vocal cords appear normal. OESOPHAGUS: The mucosa, vascular pattern, lumen and peristalsis appear normal. Both upper and lower oesophageal sphincters are normal in position and function. STOMACH: Multiple erosions are seen at the antrum and body. Moreover, two polyps- one is larger, ulcerated and pedunculated and another one is medium seen at the cardia. Both the polyps are removed by diathermy snare. DUODENUM: The bulb, post-bulbar area and second part appear normal. BIOPSY: Taken from gastric antrum for RUT. RUT: Positive. A. Removed polyps are sent for histopathology. COMMENTS: Erosive gastritis with gastric polyps (Please see the description also). THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION: Endoscopic polypectomy done.
