MistleChoke/Carnivine evolution Type:Grass/Dark Ability:Bug Trap Is immune to bug type stab moves and if hit by a bug type move coming from a bugtype the opponents bug Pokémon will take stealth rock equivalent chip damage, each one of its stats will be lowered by one stage and it will not be able to switch out.(IS ONLY ACTIVATED IF IT IS A BUG TYPE USING THE MOVE OTHERWISE ANY NON BUG TYPE CAN USE BUG TYPE MOVES ON IT). Also it always traps the bug type even if it doesn’t use a bug type move but the stat lowering and chip only happen when it uses a bug stab move on MistleChoke(representing a Venus fly traps ability to completely withhold the bug) Pokédex entry Mistlechoke’s typing is extremely weak to bug but that is how it lures its pray the bugs will see it as easy pickings do to it’s typing but will then be trapped by the strong grasp of Mistlechoke’s Jaws. Name Origin It’s name comes from Mistletoe toe which is a plant you kiss under (which also happens to be very dangerous lol and in this case it means how it uses it’s mouth for a kiss of death to bugs) and the word choke which is to suffocate something Design It is a Venus fly trap of course but with the body of a anaconda to drive the suffocate part of its lore and nature and has Carnivine like eyes and a Alligator/Crocodile head with of course a Venus fly trap mouth. As well as it has a deadly leaf like mane to represent a king cobra sort of and a yellow light on its tale to lure in bugs(also rattle snake origins) overall combining a snake with a Venus fly trap. Mostly anaconda because CHOKE lol.
