Six weeks of uncertainty comes to an end as the government once again reopens. But returning to normal is easier said than done. What was the longest shutdown the country's history at almost 43 days, the stalemate left people jobless and without pay and forced to make some tough decisions at home. And, while the shutdown is over, the need for food and necessities doesn't disappear for Maryland families. There are agencies, including the nonprofit 4MyCiTy, that continue to be at-the-ready to answer the call.
