This is the start of our ultimate HJ47 Troopy build! We’re Lauren and Monty — a Zimbabwean and New Zealander living in Perth with a big dream: to restore this classic Troopy and one day ship it to Southern Africa for the adventure of a lifetime. We’re giving our Troopy a 'soft' restoration to get her ready for long-term travel and off-grid living. It’s a big project (maybe bigger than we expected 😅), but we’ve always had a soft spot for unique rigs — and we’re definitely not afraid to do things a little differently.
