Some inspiration for making mocktails at home that don't just rely on juice: 1. 60ml/2oz 4x concentrated chamomile tea/infusion (I just use 4 teabags as I’m lazy, I know very precise) 22.5ml/0.75oz elderflower syrup (vary based on brand and taste) 5-7.5ml/0.25oz ish (depends on taste) pure ginger juice or roughly 15ml/0.5oz ginger shot depending on brand 30ml/1oz lemon juice 10-12 basil leaves Basil leaf garnish 2. (Per drink, make at least 3 & some for yield loss) 22.5/0.75oz honey syrup (3:1 honey to water) 60ml/2oz apple juice 7.5ml/0.25oz pure ginger juice 30ml/1oz lemon juice 60ml/2oz 3x concentrated (or to taste) lapsing souchong tea 60ml/2oz whole milk (I use lactose free lol) Orange twist 3. 45ml/1.5oz pineapple juice 60ml/2oz coconut water 22.5ml/0.75 oz lime juice 22.5ml/0.75oz ube syrup (2:1 simple syrup with ube extract brand dependent on strength) Foamer of choice , I used egg white (for confused comments) Shake with frozen coconut water cubes Melted sugar garnish (have ceramic mug with water in to put hot bar spoon in) 4. 60ml/2oz non-abv or other tequila substitute 10ml/0.33 agave nectar (not diluted into a syrup 15ml/0.5oz lime juice Orange bitters & spicy bitters (dashes of each worked for me Optional: mix it up with hot sauce or fresh chilli instead of spicy bitters Top with some nice non alcoholic beer Tajin & lime garnish 5. 22.5ml/0.75oz aperitif syrup (various brands available, same with aperitivo sodas to replace this & the soda water, might need different balance but you get the picture) 37.5ml/1.25oz grapefruit juice Ginger of choice (I used 15ml/0.5oz ginger shot) Orange bitters (I used 3 dashes) Soda water (extra fizzy with more charge or buy a brand like Topo Chico)
