Come hang out with me while I spend the morning tackling some projects in my garden! I start the morning by removing some dead black eyed susan flowers... unfortunately my black eyed susans got infested with scale and died a few weeks ago. I was able to salvage one of the plants, I transplanted it toward the back of the flowerbed opening up the area closer to the lawn for some new plants with a lower growth habit. Next, I tackled some tree suckers that keep coming up around the base of my crepe myrtle tree. Watch as I remove and treat the suckers with Bonide Sucker Punch... this is the best product for getting rid of tree suckers for good! For the third project, I trimmed the dune sunflowers at the base of my crepe myrtle tree... this task was quick and easy! Lastly, I tackled some overgrown ferns that were encroaching on my front flowerbed and backyard lawn area. I also used the Bonide Sucker Punch on some more tree suckers!
