Our MTF-1 pressure sensor module is a simple and flexible option, available in two different sizes - 19 mm and 27 mm. Thanks to its extremely compact design, especially the 19 mm variant, the MTF-1 module can also be used where space is limited. The digital I2C signal used by the MTF-1 transmits data very efficiently, due to its low power consumption, making it particularly suitable for battery-powered solutions. It ensures long cycles between battery changes, reducing maintenance costs. The I2C protocol provides a temperature signal in parallel to the pressure signal, which can be used for condition monitoring for the instrument. Should any unexpected temperature changes occur, it may indicate a problem in the application. This feature enables both condition-based and preventive maintenance, which can significantly extend the life of the system and make it easier to plan repairs. ⚠ The MTF-1 features a dry, stainless steel measuring cell welded to the process connection. Since the measuring cell has no oil filling, the risk of contamination of the medium is minimised. Our MTF-1 pressure sensor module is supplied to you with a compensated output signal. This eliminates the need for on-site calibration, saving you time and money.
