RIVER OF THE YEAR 2020 | Delaware River - join us as we drive along and view this beautiful river.

On this adventure, we are celebrating the 2020 River of the Year from American Rivers, a national river conservation organization helping keep American rivers clean and safe. The Delaware River flows 419 miles, getting it's start at a spring up north in the Catskill Mountains of New York and ending as the Delaware Bay empties into the Atlantic Ocean at Cape May, New Jersey. We only show a portion of the Delaware River in this video. However, we will be filming more of the Delaware River this summer, because it is a beautiful place to visit with many different activities to do along the way. We began our trip in Morrisville, PA. This little town is across the river from the capital of New Jersey. This particular part of the river moves pretty quickly so there isn't a whole lot of swimming to be done, but the fishing is pretty popular. We went north from here, making stops along the way to show a little bit of the river, and ended up in Lumberville, PA. We hope you enjoy our vlog as much as we enjoyed making it.
