The system can input spot color formulas into the system for storage, with over 100000 stored formulas; You can also search for X-Rite formulas; Formulas can be stored in both Chinese and English. The next time you need to use this color scheme, simply search for the formula and enter the required weight of the spot color ink. The ink will be automatically dispensed according to the spot color formula. This weighing system comes in three ranges: 15 kg, 60 kg, and 100 kg. Our company offers a color matching system for all specifications and comes standard with Mettler Toledo imported brand scales. 03 At the automatic ink dispensing system (yellow block area), it is a supplement to automatic weight balancing. When automatic weighing cannot meet the requirements, the required weight for monochrome can be entered here. The logic here is to control the ink dispensing time to achieve ink dispensing, so the accuracy will be relatively poor. A mobile scale needs to be placed at the ink outlet. When the required weight is reached, the valve will automatically close. This is an optional option, as its accuracy is not very high, users can flexibly choose according to their own needs. We will use a mobile electronic scale, and the final measurement will be based on the scale. 04 Ink mixer (orange block area), our company's ink mixer has two specifications, 50kg and 100kg respectively. Users can flexibly choose the matching according to their actual needs. 05 Ultrasonic cleaning equipment (Purple block area), this equipment is used to clean various things that need to be cleaned, such as material buckets, mixing knives, etc. It uses environmentally friendly rubber water for cleaning, and the rubber water has a circulation device that can be recycled. 06 Filling/packaging area (blue block area), where users can choose whether to use equipment for filling/packaging or manual packaging according to their own needs. 07 The spot color center workbench (red block area) can be used to place manual mixing tables, color display instruments, density meters, computers, light source boxes, etc. Users can flexibly match them according to their actual needs.
