Imli & Hari Chutneys with Pakoras only @tejis.kitchen : Imli Chutney Ingredients: 400 ml imli pulp 300 grams of sugar [depends on your taste you can add less or more] 1 teaspoon of rock salt 1 teaspoon of regular salt 1 teaspoon of chaat masala & dry mint flakes 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin seed powder 1 half teaspoon of red chilli powder & half tea spoon of chilli flakes quarter teaspoon of asafoetida and half teaspoon of ginger powder Half medium side onion, 2 green chillies, and fresh coriander crush them in a chopper add into chutney as shown in video.. Green chutney: 1 bunch of coriander & half bunch of fresh mint or dry mint flakes 1 inch cube of ginger 1 small onions &[ 2 sprigs of green onion optional] 1 2 to 3 green chillies [ according to your taste] 1 slice of bread 1 teaspoon of salt 1 lime juice, some salt and chaat masala Pakora [Fritters] 2 large onions 3 large potatoes half bunch of methi & spinach Green chillies[ according to your taste] Quarter bunch of coriander 2 teaspoon of coriander seeds 2 teaspoon of cumin seeds 4 to 5 cloves of garlic 2 inch cube of ginger 1teaspoon of mango powder & handfull of dry kasoori methi Besan no perfect measurement [watch out process in video] 2 tablespoon of rice flour Salt and some chilli flakes [according to your salt] #food #recipe #cooking #indianfood #foodblogger
