Link to BCRD Website https://bcrd.org/ Everyone talks about the alpine skiing in Sun Valley — and for good reason — but the nordic skiing here is just as world-class. Since moving here, I’ve gotten more and more into nordic skiing each winter. And one of the best parts? I get to bring my dog with me. Being able to spend that time outside together in the middle of winter… that’s hard to beat. It turns what could feel like a long winter into something you actually look forward to. Over the years I’ve figured out which places I personally enjoy skiing with my dog, and which areas either don’t allow dogs or just aren’t the best fit. So in this video, I’m not giving you a strict rulebook — this is just my experience, what I’ve learned, and where I like to go. If you’re local, hopefully this gives you a few ideas. And if you’re visiting or thinking about moving here, this is a pretty good glimpse into what winter in the Wood River Valley actually looks like. This is one of those everyday things that doesn’t always show up in a real estate listing — but it’s a big part of why people choose to live here. If you’re thinking about buying or selling in the Wood River Valley, or just want to understand the different areas a little better, reach out anytime. I’d love to help you make a smart move.
