Progressive Station - Strange Angle (EP 2025) All the compositions for this mini-album were formed in the night time, when the Earth's electromagnetic field is weakening and the vibrations of the celestial bodies are synchronised with biorhythms. During this period, the conductivity of synapses increases, the sensory perception is inversed, and images begin to grow through the psychophysical shells. Here I tried to transform audio energies into metaphysical topographies. They can be described as electroacoustic phenomena that reflect inward movement: towards the limbic circuits, where sound becomes an intuitive code. The waves produced here are not aimed at entertainment, but at stratification. It is an experience for the listener who thinks through sensations. Track List: 1. Sigezmound (Dedicated to Coil) Monochromatic dark ambient inspired by the surrealistic echoes of frogs at night lakes. Recorded with a self-assembled synthesiser and radio waves of thereminvox. This track imitates a wet biofield where sound waves become viscous. It contains no melody, just like a thick acoustic ghost that changes the aggregate state of consciousness. 2. Within You (Reconstruction of GusGus) An intervention in electronics through the prism of analogue anatomy. The work uses experimental percussions, springs, resonating spirals, thermowells and metal prostheses. This is not just an interpretation - it is a deconstruction down to the level of tissue, where only the nerve fibres of the original content remain. There is a feeling of as if the body is rotating in the gravitational field of emotions. 3. Came Back Haunted (NIN - Reassembled) An industrial hypothesis about the memory of matter. All the devices used here are old artefacts of the technocratic era: oscillators, field generators, magnetic components. The result is a composition that looks like a rite of passage from a digital coma. The percussive texture is like an internal engine. It is a sound that moves without a body. 4. Reanimate Me (feat. John Callaghan) Here, John Callaghan's voice sounds like an electric memory of a lost identity. It's an acoustic signal that orders the inner chaos. The harmonies are built for the fluctuations of consciousness. This is a reanimation composition, where the words are like vectors on the surface of altered gravity. «Strange Angle» should be experienced as a synesthetic injection. For those who seek not form, but resonance between sound and essence. Musicians: John Callaghan - synthesizers, voice; Dmitry Fesenko - synthesizers, experimental percussion, voice; Sound Engeeners: Gennadiy Devatov, John Callaghan; Special thanks to artist: Emilia Feldesh, Islandic band GusGus, to my family Olga Fesenko, and to all great friends: Robert Chabina, Mykola Lazorenko, Maksym Zveryaka, Sergiy Lavskiy, Yuriy Hotra!
