At Bodhi Surf + Yoga camp in beautiful Bahia Ballena, Osa, Costa Rica, we know that surfing demands a high level of fitness in a variety of different capacities. The more surf fitness training you perform on dry land, the longer you’ll be able to stay out in the ocean. That will mean more waves caught and more fun. In this video, we show you some key “surf specific” exercises to prepare your body for surfing. The three targeted areas of the body are core, lower body, and upper body.
