As a Mindset Coach I help you organize your thoughts and decorate your perspective. When we feel overwhelmed often times we feel that we can't think or we are either on the other end and are thinking too much. As a Life Coach I help organize and compartmentalize your thoughts. As a result of doing that you can obtain a clearer, broader perspective of what your intended goals are and create a space in your life you feel comfortable in. There are times when we fix up the outside to cover up the inside problem, recovery is an inside job. Sometimes we need help on the inside to create our goals and dreams on the outside. I have 28 years in recovery from addiction, 22 years of working with codependency and 14 years of journeying through grief from the loss of my 18 year old son in 2011. I, myself have worked with a Life Coach for 16 years. I have worked with a great number of people through the years from diverse backgrounds, from economic, social and spiritual living situations and belief systems.
