The groundbreaking for the Horatio H. Hunnewell Elementary School in Wellesley, MA was the latest chapter in a story that began in 2004, when SMMA and the Town of Wellesley first began exploring new ideas for the town’s seven elementary schools. Serving grades K-5, the new 76,500 square feet school will be an all-electric, net zero-ready building. Thank you to our project partners W.T.
