By Train: Nearest Railway Station: Neral (Approx. 12 km away) Take a local train from CST (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus) or Dadar to Neral. This is the closest major station to Bhairavgad. From Neral, you can either take a private taxi or a shared jeep to Moroshi village, which is the base village for the trek. 2. By Road: From Mumbai: If you're traveling by car or bus, you can take the Mumbai-Pune Highway (NH48) towards Karjat. After reaching Karjat, head towards Moroshi Village via the road. Moroshi is about 20-25 km from Karjat, and it takes around 1 hour to reach by road. From Pune: Head towards Khopoli and then towards Karjat. After Karjat, follow the road to Moroshi village. The distance is around 120-130 km from Pune, taking around 3 to 4 hours by car. 3. Reach Moroshi Village: Once you reach Moroshi Village, you can park your vehicle here. The trek to Bhairavgad starts from this village, and it’s a moderate trek that usually takes around 2-3 hours to reach the top, depending on your pace. Best Time to Visit: The best time to trek Bhairavgad Moroshi is during the monsoon season (June to September) for the lush green views.
