This moist and great tasting bread is easy to make... Use any type of pears you like......Great with tea or coffee or served as a dessert.. 3 eggs room temperature 1 - 1/2 cups granulated sugar 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking soda (Sorry should of said 1 teaspoon of baking soda in video) 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups finely chopped peeled ripe pears ( about 4 medium) optional: 1 cup chopped walnuts or your choice You can put 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into cut pears to help them from darkening In a bowl, combine the eggs, sugar , oil and vanilla mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt stir into the egg mixture until combined. Batter will be thick add pears till smooth and combined. Add nuts at this time into batter. Pour half of the batter into 2 9x5 loaf pans greased Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes let cool on rack till you can release bread Yield 2 loafs
