Thrax/Ariel - Super Psycho Love

My second Disney/nonDisney crossover. Story: Ariel sees a ship, and curious, she goes to investigate. She finds the captain, Thrax, telling the shipmates about his adventures. Ariel falls instantly in love with him. Then, the ship is blown up by pirates (Ozzy and Drix XD) Ariel saves Thrax from drowning, much to the chagrin of her mentor, Sebastian, and sings to him. Thrax only sees a blurred image of Ariel before blacking out again, so he doesn't get a good look. But he hears her voice, falls in love, and gets obsessed with trying to find her. His friends say "she's just a girl" Angered, Thrax kills his minions and visits an old friend, Ursula, asking her if she had seen a girl. Ursula tells him she was visited by one who wanted to find him. Ursula agreed, but tricked Ariel, and trapped her in a shell necklace, which she later sold. Thrax, not believing her, leaves to find Ariel on his own. He sees a girl that looks like her announcing her engagement. Forgetting what Ursula told him and jumping to conclusions, he assumes this was the girl he was looking for, and runs away, heartbroken. He takes his anger out on pirates, but suddenly remembers what Ursula told him about the girl, and also remembers the girl he saw having a shell necklace. Putting two and two together, he gets angry, leaves and quickly finds the ship the girl is getting married on. He breaks her necklace, freeing Ariel, and is shocked to find out she's a mermaid. Ariel tells him that the girl, Vanessa, works for Ursula, and helped her see that Ariel and Thrax don't find each other. Angry, Thrax kills Vanessa, but gets his hand stuck in the wood. As the ship sinks, everyone but Thrax escapes, as he tries desperately to free his hand. Later, Ariel mourns Thrax, as he had drowned...or did he? I've been working on chroma keying, and I've gotten pretty good. I've tried to look up tutorials, but they're mostly for Sony Vegas Pro, and I don't have that.
