Making a chocolate substitute from the Linden Tree!

This still feels like a secret few people know! Some people DO know that you can make a lovely herbal tea from the flowers of the Lime/Linden Tree (Tilia sp.), but what is much less known is that you can make a “chocolate-like” product from the fruits that appear after! I only first started experimenting with this last year, and quickly became hooked and amazed! There are many ways to do it, some better than others. The very best ways involve a lot more complexity and work, so in this video I show you a relatively simple and straightforward method that still yields an impressive result.
