Repairing the sound system and fixing "doubled icons" in Ubuntu 22.04.

As a quick note on a little recent misfortune of mine, it is described how to reinstall the sound system on Ubuntu 22.04 (and the need to separately modprobe drivers of needed sound cards), which also needs reinstallation of the desktop package, confronting the "Dummy Output" issue. Doing so, however, lead to "doubled icons" on the desktop, as the desktop package got reinstalled, too: i.e. where each icon is shown twice, as evidently there were two providers of icons active simultaneously, nemo-desktop and Desktop Icons NG, each handled separately and non-obviously by Extensions amd Gnome-Tweaks — and it is shown how these issues can be solved, too. Making a note of this, as I did not see anywhere else this affair to be nicely described for modern Ubuntu Linux, in particular.
