Judging a pageant properly is no walk in the park but it's generally considered to be easier than being a contestant. In many ways it is, but in other ways, judges faces a few challenges, revealing them to be very human and imperfect. This video covers the things they don't want anybody, especially contestants, knowing. Even though they are not the ones competing, they have a lot of fears and insecurities as well. If I could go back and in time and tell myself one thing, it would be to not be so intimidated by them. They were just nervous as I was :)
