Wide of media around Stolpe STORYLINE: Officials including German Transport Minister Manfred Stolpe joined around two dozen mourners for the 11 victims of last weekend's crash of a German tour bus at a private memorial service on Tuesday. Eleven wooden coffins topped with white flowers and name plates were arrayed inside the chapel of a funeral home in Boussu, about 10 kilometres (six miles) from the Belgian-French border crossing where the accident happened three days ago. Relatives and friends arrived by car after visiting the site of the accident, along with Stolpe, the German ambassador and local officials. Ten Germans, including the driver, and one Bosnian woman were killed when the bus, en route from Munich to Paris, sideswiped a concrete road divider just before reaching the Hensies border post and burst into flames. Authorities suspect the 48-year-old driver was going too fast - more than 100 kilometres per hour (60 miles per hour) - and may have dozed off at the wheel. Investigators were also trying to determine why the bus went up in flames so quickly, trapping the 11 victims.
