The NUCON is Jarvis’ revolutionary drill design for numerical controlled drilling. The Nucon features one overall length across the size range for easy programming. More importantly, this short length construction with the high helix flute can eliminate a reaming operation in many applications. The Nucon is manufactured with premium M7 high speed steel providing longer tool life with more holes per drill. The self centering, helical point eliminates the need for spot centering. The Nucon is the ideal drill for aluminum applications (as shown in this video); due to the 'packing' that occurs when working with aluminum. Using expensive carbide drills is adding unnecessary cost to aluminum jobs. The RhinoFAB Fabrication Centers allow you to take input from our PartnerPak Studio and Glazier Studio program and then process the material through the Fabrication Center. The RhinoFAB 600 can cut and drill the fabrication holes on standard storefront and curtain wall systems. The RhinoFAB 900 can cut, drill and light rout storefront and curtainwall systems.
