In Episode 13 of my prep series, we’re shifting the focus from heavy lifting to high-intensity mind-muscle connection. We used a 3-1-3 slow tempo to keep the tension "in the pocket" and maximize every single contraction. 🧠 🔥 The "East Coast Mecca" Workout: Lat Pulldown Variation: Form check on elbow tucking + high-volume drop sets. Angled Pullover: The secret to targeting the lat-to-waist tie-in. Chest-Supported Rear Delt Fly: Full isolation by removing momentum. Cable Lateral Raises: "Pinkies up" technique for those capped delts. Vertical Pulldown: Using the "Around the World" motion for a deep back contraction.
