From starting his career as a Residential Appraiser to serving today as Assistant Property Appraiser, Lance’s journey reflects dedication, leadership, and a true commitment to public service. Lance has helped move the office forward through innovation and expertise, becoming our first certified drone pilot, earning the highest designation from the IAAO, and setting a new standard for professional excellence.
