Is It Possible to Get Breast Implant Revision Yes, this is also a common problem. Sometimes, the breast volumes may become unsatisfactory after breast augmentation surgery performed years ago. Then, patients may desire larger breasts.  Recurrent breast augmentation can be performed after 6 months at the earliest. The old implants can be replaced with new and more voluminous ones. In fact, we even encounter patients who do not have enough breast tissue but insist on asking for extremely large breasts. In such cases, we usually implement a two-stage or three-stage treatment, where we, in the first place, place the maximum silicone volume the breast can take and make the tissue stretch a little. Within the following 6 months, we remove the implants and replace them with bigger ones, enabling the breasts to adapt to the new implants for some time. In this way, we achieve the high-volume silicone implants and breast tissue we desire.
