please Read it: 1: brass wire with good quality,I used German brass wire.if you want to use silver wire,choose 55% tare,but I prefer the brass wire. 2:we need flux powder with good quality,expired powder waste your time. 3: flame,I used oxygen and Lpg but you can use and flame with about 900°C 4: use a L shape metal profile to have a flat surface,cut the middle of profile about half inches,make sure the surface is flat after cutting and remove the chips. 5: find the right cutting way,some blades rotate laft to right and some other are right to left. 6:make a 45° chamfer for both heads with grinding wheel or any type of grinder. 7:fix yor saw blade with two piece of scrap metal and along the blades with a ruler. 8:make a tiny gap in place of welding area.about 0.1mm to 0.5 mm. 9: preheat the work piece and start the brazing .chek the penetration. 10:after cooling,grind the inside of blade and then grind the outside.you can use flap disk with 80 to 120 grade. 11:enjoy it.
