The Illusion of Separation – A Glimpse into Non-Duality

This is actually your direct experience. The seeker and the sought are not two. Enlightenment is not the acquisition of something new, but the recognition of what has always been here — the silent awareness that constitutes all experience. No thought, no sensation, no identity has ever been separate from that which is aware of it — that which IS it. So pause — right now — and notice: the awareness that is hearing these words is not bound by age, name, or form. It doesn’t come or go. It simply is. In this is freedom. In this is peace.
