This machine is a disaster, let's start with the positives: it uses water And that's approximately where the positives end Now everything else: The UI is extremely glitchy, starting a program through the WiFi is like trying to break bulletproof glass... It's just a faff, had to use 3 phones just to get it going The machine generally just wastes so much time and adds extra constantly, 2:33 at the end of the interm and 2:55 at the start of the rinse, come on Drain pump is actually useless, why bother putting a drain pump in when it's unable to use it, it tries to start and gets stuck having to manually start it by ramming a screwdriver or something else into it, which I don't appreciate, having to literally flood the whole washroom... Sudslocks are handled so bad, if it sudslocks, it'll just stop and skip right ahead to the next rinse, no drain, no retry, no antisuds, just simply skips the interm and rinses with the remaining suds in the drum (rendering the rinse useless) and it doesn't even add more water to compensate... Horrid! It takes like 5-6 mins to get to the actual spin on every single interm and final spin (which isn't counted by the timer) because it does these stupid antisuds distributions, but then sudslocks anyway The final spin is too short, at least it should've extended it when drying is selected like LG, just again, too much wasting... There's an infinite amount of cons of this rapidO, but these were just a few... This cycle was a disaster as I had to keep flooding the washroom and resetting the spin as the pump isn't competent enough to start on it's own and I had to start it by hand like 30 times 0:00 selecting cycle via app (had to use 3 phones in order to start the cycle) 0:37 load sensing 4:05 heating 8:55 mainwash 13:35 1st "interm" spin - sudslock 14:45 skipped interm, no antisuds, no retry, no extra drain just straight into the next rinse with suds leftover from the interm 15:20 1st rinse 18:09 2nd interm spin - 1000rpm 21:28 2nd rinse 23:32 DISASTER BEGINS! 3rd interm spin - sudslock 24:26 attempting to manually start the pump 26:00 candy shows how much it wants to work - paused yet continuing to distribute 27:08 last resort, flooding the washroom just to get the pump going 30:30 27 minutes added 30:50 3rd rinse 33:30 DISASTER 4th interm spin - same thing again - sudslock galore and having to restart the spin 5 times 39:14 8 minutes added 39:25 final spin 49:48 sensing for drying 51:22 sensed 3 hours, drying
