In this video I cover replacing the door hinge pins/bushings and roller pin on a 1994 Chevrolet C1500. This video applies to all the GMT400 platform trucks. It also applies to any Chevrolet or GMC C/K 1500 or 3500 and the Suburban, Tahoe, and Yukon. Years 1988 - 1998. The common problem with these vehicle's is the bushings where the pin rides get worn out, the plastic attached to the roller pin deteriorates over time or breaks, and the door starts to sag. The only way to get the door to close is to slam it shut, because it no longer aligns with the striker. Are you tired of this? Watch this video for the fix!
