Bodycam DUI Arrest - 24-Year-Old Woman Breaks Down Crying When She Can't Have Her Vape

On March 5, 2023, Montville Police Officer Harvey conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that he felt made an unsafe lane change. He indicates in his police report that the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He asked the 24-year-old female driver to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). This included a portable breath test, where the result was 0.087% BAC. She was arrested for DUI and nearly had a meltdown when she was told that she could not hit her vape. At the police station, she submitted to an evidential breath test (EBT) and the result was 0.113% BAC. Her charges and the result of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
