RECIPE 👇---LIKE and SUBSCRIBE ☺️ --- Ingredients (1 kg Fish) For Fish Marination Allam paste – 1 tbsp Karam – 1 to 1½ tbsp Pasupu – ½ tsp Salt – as required For Masala Paste Oil – 4 tsp Dhaniyalu – 4 tsp Zeera – 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp Onion – 1 big (roughly chopped) For Pulusu Oil – 3–4 tbsp Mustard seeds – ½ tsp Zeera – ½ tsp Green chillies – 3 (slit) Onions – 2 (chopped) Curry leaves – handful Spring onions – little (optional) Allam paste – ½ tsp Pasupu – ¼ tsp Karam – as needed Salt – as needed Soaked tamarind water – 1 cup (thick) Coriander leaves – handful --- Recipe (Step-by-step) Step 1: Marinate the Fish 1. 1 kg fish pieces ki allam paste, karam, pasupu, salt vesi baga kalipi pakkana pettukovali. --- Step 2: Prepare Masala Paste 2. Pan lo koncham oil (4 tsp) vesukoni dhaniyalu, zeera, fenugreek seeds vesali. 3. Light brown ayyaka big onion pieces add chesi lid close chesi 5 min cook cheyali. 4. Ivi cool ayyaka mixy lo smooth paste laga grind chesukovali. --- Step 3: Start the Pulusu Base 5. Same pan lo oil vesukoni mustard + zeera vesi splutter ayyaka green chilli & chopped onions vesali. 6. Light brown ayyaka curry leaves & spring onion vesali. 7. Tarvatha allam paste & pasupu vesi 1 minute sauté cheyali. --- Step 4: Sear the Fish 8. Marinated fish pieces pan lo add chesi 2 minutes matrame fry cheyali. 9. Immediately pieces plate ki thisi side lo pettukovali. --- Step 5: Make the Pulusu 10. Pan lo soaked tamarind water pour chesi boil ravali. 11. Boil ochina tarvatha prepared onion masala paste add cheyali. 12. Karam & salt adjust cheskoni pulusu thick ayyaka varaku simmer cheyali. --- Step 6: Add Fish & Finish 13. Pulusu thick ayyaka fish pieces gently add chesi 10 minutes low flame lo cook cheyali. 14. Last lo coriander leaves vesukoni off cheyali. --- Description A perfect Andhra-style Fish Pulusu full of homemade roasted spices and thick onion masala.
