The Cake Pop dough I use is made from a yummy Brownie. When the cake is baked, I put plastic wrap on the cake while it is still a little warm. I do this to avoid the edge of the cake being hard. When the cake is completely cold and you have crumbled it, all you have to do is add a little butter and then the Cake pops dough is ready. I get about 30 homemade Cake pops out of this recipe.
